Ingredients: 2 lb. hamburger; 1 medium can green beans; salt and pepper; 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix; sliced Swiss cheese; 1 medium can corn; granulated garlic; seasoned salt; 8 medium sized potatoes, mashed; 1 c. stewed tomatoes

2 lb. hamburger
1 medium can green beans
salt and pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
sliced Swiss cheese
1 medium can corn
granulated garlic
seasoned salt
8 medium sized potatoes, mashed
1 c. stewed tomatoes

Directions

Brown meat and seasoning to taste.

Add corn and green beans and mix well.

Pour into a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish with lid, then spread mashed potatoes over the top of meat evenly, then put sliced Swiss cheese over the top of everything.

Salt and pepper. Put lid on and bake for 1 hour at 350° or until everything is hot throughout.
