  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. cocoa

    Sift dry ingredients together 5 or 6 times.

    Beat cream and eggs until fluffy.

    Then add vanilla.

    Add dry ingredients (in small amounts).

    Mix well while adding small amounts of dry ingredients.

    Bake at 350° until done (approximately 30 to 35 minutes).
