- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour, corn meal and salt.

2Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and milk; mix well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wire whisk after each addition.

4Pour into pastry shell.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
