  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • dash salt
  • 1 deep dish pie crust or 2 smaller ones

    Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and salt in blender.

    Blend well.

    Pour melted butter in blender.

    Blend well, at least 5 to 7 minutes.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, then at 375° until done.

    This makes one deep dish pie or 2 smaller ones.
