  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 tsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pie shell (unbaked)

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar; add 1 egg at a time, beating well.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

    Pour into an uncooked pie shell and bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
