  • 4 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Melt margarine, beat eggs and combine with sugar.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° until brown; reduce heat to 350°.
