  • 1 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal (rounded)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted

    Mix first 3 ingredients together and add the remaining ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly and pour into an unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes; reduce temperature to 325° and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until golden brown.
