- 7 c. sliced cucumber
- 1 c. sweet onion, sliced
- 1 c. green or red pepper, sliced
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Put thinly sliced cucumber, onion and pepper in bowl.

2Heat vinegar, sugar and salt to boiling point and cool.

3Add celery and mustard seed to vinegar while lukewarm.

4Pour over the cucumbers, peppers and onions.

5Mix well.

6Keep in refrigerator for 6 days, mixing well every day.

7Keep in refrigerator.
