- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry.

2In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and meal and toss lightly with a fork.

3Add unbeaten eggs, butter, milk and lemon rind and juice.

4Beat with rotary or electric beater until smooth and thoroughly blended.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Bake in moderately hot oven 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
