- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. softened margarine
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 (9 1/2 or 10-inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Mix lightly together the sugar, flour and cornmeal.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

4Cool before serving.
