  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk or half and half
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and corn meal.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Add milk, butter, lemon juice and lemon rind.

    Pour in 8 1/2 or 9-inch unbaked pie shells and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until brown.
