- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 4 Tbsp. or less grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Mix the flour, sugar and corn meal. Add the lemon rind, lemon juice, butter, eggs and milk.

2Beat until smooth.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling has puffed up all over.
