- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Add butter, milk and lemon juice. Stir well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50
