- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 4 eggs, unbeaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.

2Put in large bowl:

3sugar, flour and corn meal.

4Toss lightly with a fork.

5Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice.

6Beat with mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.

7Pour into pie shell.

8Bake for 10 minutes in oven at 400°, then turn to 350° until solid.
