  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 4 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 1 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 lemon rind, grated
  • 1 (9-inch) shell, unbaked

Directions

    Toss sugar, flour and corn meal with fork.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
