- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 lemon rind, grated
- 1 (9-inch) shell, unbaked
Directions

1Toss sugar, flour and corn meal with fork.

2Combine ingredients, mixing well.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

4Reduce to 350° and bake for 25 additional minutes.
