Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 to 8 chicken thighs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt as you wish
Directions

1Skin and bone the chicken.

2Cut into bite size pieces.

3Mix all other ingredients, in a blender if you wish, until smooth. Put the chicken in a shallow pan and pour the mixture of spices over the top.

4Marinate, covered, in a cool place (refrigerator) for no less than 2 hours, the longer the better.

5Place the chicken on skewers and cook over grill or under the broiler until cooked through.
