- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 lb. beef liver
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon crisp; drain on paper.

2Cook onions in bacon drippings until soft; remove.

3Put flour, salt and pepper in paper bag.

4Shake liver in bag until well covered with flour.

5Brown liver in bacon drippings.

6Place liver in casserole.

7Add onions and bacon.

8Put small amount hot water into drippings; stir until smooth.

9Pour over mixture in casserole.

10Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
