  • 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 1 lemon rind, grated
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavor
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • ground nutmeg

    Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.

    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix until smooth; stir in butter.
