  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring

Directions

    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan and preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of baking pan.
  3. 3
    Beat together last 4 ingredients until smooth.
  4. 4
    Pour over first mixture.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly brown on top.

    Cool and cut in squares.
