- 3 lb. skinned and boneless chicken
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- eggs, beaten
- 1 cube margarine
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- garlic powder
- pepper
Directions

1Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; add according to your tastes (dried parsley flakes, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper).

2Dip chicken in beaten eggs and then crumb mixture.

3Put in well-greased shallow pan.

4Cover each piece of chicken with lemon butter.

5Sprinkle chicken with sesame seed (optional).

6Bake at 350°.

7Cover with foil for first 1/2 hour, uncovered for second 1/2 hour.
