Lemon Chicken

  • 1 pkg. skinless chicken breast
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • lemon pepper
  • rice or egg noodles
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Fry or bake chicken; shred chicken.

    Sprinkle lemon pepper spice on chicken pieces.

    Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Add 2 cups cream of chicken soup, 3 to 4 tablespoons butter, 3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice, sprinkle Mrs. Dash seasoning over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until done.

    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

    Makes enough for whole family.
