  • chicken cutlets, cut in half and pounded thin
  • flour mixed with chicken broth powder
  • eggs, beaten
  • lemons
  • margarine (pareve)
  • parsley flakes
  • cooking oil

Directions

    Heat oil.

    Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in egg and brown in oil.

    Set chicken in baking pan and put a thin slice of lemon on each piece.

    Mix 1/4 pound stick of margarine, 1 MBT packet, juice of 1/2 lemon and parsley flakes.

    Pour mixture over chicken and freeze.
