- chicken cutlets, cut in half and pounded thin
- flour mixed with chicken broth powder
- eggs, beaten
- lemons
- margarine (pareve)
- parsley flakes
- cooking oil
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in egg and brown in oil.

3Set chicken in baking pan and put a thin slice of lemon on each piece.

4Mix 1/4 pound stick of margarine, 1 MBT packet, juice of 1/2 lemon and parsley flakes.

5Pour mixture over chicken and freeze.
