- 8 chicken breast halves
- 4 eggs, beaten and seasoned with garlic salt, salt and pepper
- cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 bouillon cubes
Directions

1Debone and pound chicken flat.

2Dip in seasoned eggs.

3Fry in butter until brown; set aside.

4Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.

5Add lemon juice, flour and butter.

6Pour mixture over chicken; garnish with fresh lemon.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
