  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • 4 eggs, beaten and seasoned with garlic salt, salt and pepper
  • cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 bouillon cubes

    Debone and pound chicken flat.

    Dip in seasoned eggs.

    Fry in butter until brown; set aside.

    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.

    Add lemon juice, flour and butter.

    Pour mixture over chicken; garnish with fresh lemon.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
