Lemon Chicken

  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 or 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/4 or 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. or 4 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Brown chicken in halves in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes. Combine soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper.

    Pour over chicken. Reduce heat to low.

    Cover and simmer until tender.
