Lemon Chicken Cutlets

- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 small lemon, squeezed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- garlic powder
- oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread crumbs
- canola oil
Directions

1Bread and fry chicken.

2Place in long baking dish.

3In medium size bowl, mix together broth, butter, flour, lemon and seasonings. Pour over cutlets.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 3/4 of an hour, covered with foil.

5Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
