Lemon Chicken Cutlets

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1 small lemon, squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread crumbs
  • canola oil

Directions

    Bread and fry chicken.

    Place in long baking dish.

    In medium size bowl, mix together broth, butter, flour, lemon and seasonings. Pour over cutlets.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 3/4 of an hour, covered with foil.

    Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
