- 2 each lemons
- 6 each chicken thighs, boneless, skinless skinned
- 13 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 x salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon bitters
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F (190C).

2Squeeze 1 lemon over chicken.

3Combine flour, paprika and salt in bag.

4Add chicken pieces, one at a time, shake to coat well.

5Heat oil in large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

6Brown chicken all over, about 10 minutes.

7Put chicken in baking dish.

8Dissolve sugar in water; stir in bitters.

9Pour over chicken.

10Slice remaining lemon, put slices on chicken.

11Cover and bake 30 minutes.
