Lemon Chiffon Cake

- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 4 eggs
- shake of salt
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Directions

1Add boiling water to jello.

2While this is cooling, break eggs into mixing bowl; mix lightly and add salt.

3Add oil, then add cooled jello followed by cake mix.

4Beat thoroughly and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch pan.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes (Be sure done).

6While still hot, pierce cake all over with toothpick or fork.

7Then pour over cake a mixture of 2 cups confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup lemon concentrate.

8This will soak into cake and form glaze on top.
