- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 lb. fresh crab meat, drained and flaked
- 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until tender.

2Remove from heat; stir in crab meat and next 8 ingredients.

3Mix well and shape into 8 patties.

4Coat with additional bread crumbs.

5Pour oil to a depth of 1/4-inch in heavy skillet.

6Fry in hot oil (375°) for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
