- 7 oz. evaporated milk, chilled
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- yellow food coloring
- 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
Directions

1Whip the evaporated milk until soft peaks form.

2Mix water, lemon juice, gelatin and sugar and microwave for 1 minute on High. Stir the gelatin mixture into the whipped evaporated milk.

3Add yellow food coloring.

4Mix well with an electric mixer.

5Pour into graham cracker crusts.

6Chill 1 hour before serving.
