- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. milk
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add lemon juice, beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in custard cups set in a pan of warm water. Bake at 360° for 25 minutes.
