  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add lemon juice, beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in custard cups set in a pan of warm water. Bake at 360° for 25 minutes.
