  • 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 c. cold margarine or butter
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine flour and confectioners sugar.

    Cut in margarine until crumbly.

    Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
