Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup soft butter
- 3 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

2Cream butter and cream cheese and add sugar. Mix until light and fluffy.

3Add egg yolk, vanilla, lemon flavor and lemon peel. Mix well.

4Gradually mix in flour and salt.

5Shape into small logs and put into Wilton Cookie Press.

6Press cookies out onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
