Lemon Cookies

Directions

   Mix all ingredients together except powdered sugar.

   Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar and roll into balls until covered with sugar.

   Place balls on greased cookie sheets.

   Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325°.

   Cool a few minutes before removing from pan, then place on cooling rack.

   May be glazed with an icing mixture from powdered sugar and lemon juice.

   Other flavors of cake mix may be substituted to change flavor of cookies.
