  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. nuts

    Beat egg with a fork; add oil and juice.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes.
