  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Extract (or 1 Package Sugar-free Lemonade Kool-Aid)
  • 1/3 cups Confectioners Sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and lemon extract (or Kool-Aid mix if you decided to subsitute). Using a teaspoon, scoop out the dough and drop on waxed paper. Dust with powdered sugar and then transfer to a baking sheet.

    Bake for 6 to 9 minutes. The bottoms will be light brown and the insides chewy. Yields 3 dozen cookies.
