  • 1qt heavy cream
  • 4TBSP frangelica hazelnut liquor
  • Zest of one lemon

    1-In sauce pan,add cream and simmer over low heat til it starts to turn very light brown and reduced almost by 1/3.

    2-Add hazelnut liquor and whisk in lemon zest.

    3-Remove from heat and serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
