- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan.

2Add melted butter, rind, juice and beaten egg yolks.

3Stir in milk.

4Heat over medium heat until thick.

5Let cool; fold in sour cream.

6Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.

7Top with whipped cream.
