  • juice of 2 lemons
  • grated rind of 2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (1 pt.) carton half and half
  • 7-Up or Sprite (very cold)

    Mix juice, rind, sugar and cream together.

    Put 4 tablespoons mixture into julep cup.

    Fill with beverage and stir well. Garnish with mint.
