- 1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar refrigerated cookie dough (small log)
- 1 can lemon pie filling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put 1 teaspoon of dough in nonstick mini cupcake tins.

3Form dough at bottom and around the inside of the tin.

4Bake 9 to 13 minutes according to the package.

5At around 5 to 7 minutes, use a teaspoon to push the dough down in the center of the cupcake.

6This is important, otherwise, you will not be able to spoon in the lemon pie filling.

7Let cool in pan for 20 to 30 minutes, then remove.

8Makes 3 dozen.

9Cupcake tins say bake at 325°, so that's what I do.
