- 3 large lemons
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 Tbsp. margarine or melted butter
Directions

1Grate lemon rind into blender.

2Squeeze lemons and strain juice into blender. Add eggs and sugar. Turn on motor and add hot melted butter gradually.

3Place in a heavy saucepan and cook over moderate heat for 4 minutes until thickened.

4Place in two small containers. Chill and serve on toast for breakfast or use in tarts.
