- 1/4 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- juice of 3 lemons
Directions

1Mix butter, sugar, 6 eggs and lemon juice and mix thoroughly in the top of a double boiler.

2Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.

3It should be the consistency of pudding before you take it off the heat.

4May take 10 minutes or so.

5Take off the heat and cool.
