- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add egg yolks, flour, milk and lemon. Fold in egg whites (beaten).

3Put in well-greased and floured custard cups.

4Bake in 1/2 inch water for 45 minutes at 350°.
