  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add egg yolks, flour, milk and lemon. Fold in egg whites (beaten).

    Put in well-greased and floured custard cups.

    Bake in 1/2 inch water for 45 minutes at 350°.
