- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 3 c. frozen whipped topping, divided
- 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant Jell-O pudding and pie filling
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans into flour mixture.

2Pat into pan; bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.

4Fold 1 cup whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.

5Chill.

6Combine pudding mix and milk.

7Beat 2 minutes at low speed of electric mixer.

8Spread pudding over cream cheese layer.

9Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.

10Sprinkle with pecans.

11Chill.

12Store in refrigerator.
