  • 2 pkg. lemon pie filling (cooked kind)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oleo, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Grease pan lightly.

    Mix pudding as per package directions. Cool.

    Mix oleo, flour and 1/4 cup of nuts and press in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake in oven 15 minutes or

    until lightly browned at 350°.
