  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz. size) bowl Cool Whip (plus 2 c. for topping)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 small boxes lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut

    Mix plain flour, margarine and pecans in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and press to the bottom to form crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
