  • 1 (30 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O (dry)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 to 6 oz. lite whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Directions
