Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together butter, nuts and flour.

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup Cool Whip container and add to first layer in pan.

    Mix pudding and milk and add as next layer in pan.

    Cool in refrigerator.

    Spread remaining Cool Whip on top before serving.
