- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together butter, nuts and flour.

2Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

3Cool.

4Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup Cool Whip container and add to first layer in pan.

5Mix pudding and milk and add as next layer in pan.

6Cool in refrigerator.

7Spread remaining Cool Whip on top before serving.
