Lemon Dessert

   Mix together flour and sugar and press in 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

   Cool.

   Cream together cream cheese and confectioners sugar.

   Fold in Cool Whip and spread mixture over crust.

   Mix lemon pudding mix and milk until thick.

   Spread mixture over cheese mixture.

   Top with remaining Cool Whip and grated walnuts.

   Chill.
