  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3/4 c. rice (raw)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large can chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except tomatoes) together.

    Shape into balls.

    Place in baking dish previously sprayed with nonstick spray.

    Cover with tomatoes and bake in 350° oven until done, about 1 hour.
