- 3/4 c. rice (raw)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except tomatoes) together.

3Place in baking dish previously sprayed with nonstick spray.

4Cover with tomatoes and bake in 350° oven until done, about 1 hour.
