- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lite margarine
- dash of nutmeg (if desired)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except margarine, in blender container.

2Cover and blend at medium-high speed 30 seconds.

3Pour into a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Stir in the margarine.

4Add nutmeg, if used.

5Serve warm over plain cakes or desserts.
